This show was one of the most amazing experiences of my entire career ... I was privileged to have a large art department team and the biggest scenic budget of any TV show produced in the u.k.
Building this set and the dozens of games was a huge undertaking and over 80 trailers of scenery where delivered to the Manchester nymex Ice hockey arena as 3 crews of people worked around the clock to build the set.
I always dreamt of designing a Ken Adam style Bond villan gigantic set and this was my opportunity.
